Working on Overdrive: The Enigma of Producing a Festival is a sector-research project as part of the 2025 Artist-Producer Lab.
Interviewing 6 festival producers from across the country, the main research question asks:
What does it mean to produce a festival and ensure one’s physical and mental health is cared for, avoiding burnout and establishing sustainability and care for both the festival producer and the festival?
